Exelint International is seeking a Planner/Buyer & Upstream Marketing Analyst Specialist for the Taipei office. This role supports global supply-chain operations and upstream marketing activities, with a strong focus on product pricing, purchasing, market forecasting, and product portfolio management. The position works closely with operations, marketing, and business teams to support sourcing decisions, product planning, and new product introduction strategies.
• Support purchasing activities, including PO preparation, supplier coordination, and order tracking.
• Develop and maintain market forecasts based on sales trends, demand signals, and inventory data.
• Support upstream marketing activities, including market research and competitive analysis.
• Analyze product performance and support product portfolio optimization.
• Maintain product portfolio documentation, including SKU structure, specifications, and category mapping.
• Support early-stage evaluation of new products, suppliers, and sourcing opportunities.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams on shipment timelines and supply planning.
• Prepare internal reports and analysis for cross-functional planning and review meetings.
• Master’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field).
• Fluent in English, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and data-management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ERP experience preferred.
• Understanding of medical device products, clinical workflows, or healthcare supply chains.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Timely and reliable purchasing and supplier coordination.
• Quality and usefulness of market forecasts and analytical reports.
• Effective support of product portfolio planning and upstream marketing initiatives.
• Clear communication and collaboration with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
